Start drumming and feel free to contact me for any questions.  Keep in mind we are an organization based on educating our members, and if you can't play all the exercises at blazing fast tempos with perfect accuracy, don't let that deter you from coming out and playing with the line!  Redline is about having a great experience, and becoming a better musician.  Show up with your sticks, a great attitude, and an open mind, and we'll do the rest!

VISUAL AUDITION

For the battery members, part of your audition will include a thorough marching and movement evaluation, so please plan accordingly when choosing your dress. We recommend athletic shoes, shorts or sweatpants, and a comfortable shirt. No jeans or cargo pants. You will not be required to learn a new technique prior to your audition. Potential members will be evaluated based on their timing, attention to detail, and ability to listen and respond to instructions from the visual staff.
