Redline Announces our 2010 Staff Additions!

First of all, I want to congratulate all the members, staff, and volunteers of DCI for another great summer.  As always, there were some phenomenal shows and it was a blast to watch from the stands.  Congratulations!  Now that summer is over and all of you begin to head back to high school and college band programs, I wanted to pass along the some info on the newest additions to the Redline staff that I'm very excited about.

Returning as show coordinator and visual designer for the 3rd year will be Andy Ebert.  Andy, as well as all the newest members of the Redline staff have just come off a very successful season with the Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps, celebrating Crown's highest placement in it's 21 year history.

Arranging for the front ensemble and joining our design and instructional team will be Andrew Markworth.  Andrew has celebrated an extremely successful past few years among some of the best DCI, WGI, and BOA ensembles in the world.  His past involvement with our organization and his recent move to Michigan made Andrew an easy choice for our latest addition to the Redline family.

Lee Beddis will also be joining Redline this season in an instructional and design capacity.  Lee will be arranging the battery book for the 2010 program and we look forward to adding the talents Lee has honed over his illustrious career in DCI and WGI to the already accomplished Redline team.

In addition to the new members on our design team, we've brought on Zach Schlicher and Paul Loos to join the instructional staff and serve as Redline's 2010 Snare and Tenor techs.  Their recent successes in the marching arts and experience working with the rest of the staff make them a perfect addition to the team and round out the newest members of Redline!

For obvious reasons I'm very excited about all the amazing talent that will be joining us moving forward.  The new staff, along with the returning staff members who have made our organization what it is today, will combine to give Redline the best possible chance for success in the future.  They will support our continued efforts to achieve the highest level of performance possible in WGI, while simultaneously remaining steadfast to Redline's commitments of education, professionalism, class, and personal growth.  I can't imagine a better group of people to ensure that our members have the best possible education as performers, and the best possible experience as people.  I can't wait to see everyone at auditions and get this ball rolling!!

Be sure to check back soon...we'll be announcing our 2010 program as well as posting audition info shortly!!
